There were two event options. One went out to the Old Fort, the other included a boatride across the lake. We had a great Girl Scout Troop response to these events. Unfortunately, we had a drought and the pontoon boats that we were going to use to cross the lake (with many walkers aboard)got stuck in the mud and we couldn't use them. The small boats caused a log jam at the lake crossing. In spite of the delay, I think everyone had a great time.
